The team from Steamatic did a thorough, professional job of cleaning a real mess, we had no idea how close we may have been coming to a house fire due to badly clogged dryer venting. They were polite, hard working, and did a great job! They told us what the problem was behind our dryer not running properly (taking far too long to dry even a small load), fixed the problems that had built up, cleaned everything and put everything back when they finished, and advised us on proper ventilation maintenance. Great service.

Ryan & Jay did an outstanding job cleaning our air ducts in a house we recently purchased. The ducts were soooo gross, and we now have peace of mind knowing that stuff is out of our house. They also arrived within the promised time frame and didn’t charge us a single penny more than they quoted us on the phone. Will definitely recommend.

The guys did fine. Thru didn’t have the little foam blocks to put under the furniture. They said the van did not get stocked with them.

The HVAC people did good also. Arrived late with no explanation, but did a good job cleaning.

Home purchased in Sept. 2020 had undisclosed basement seepage issue that was discovered after a lot of recent rain caused standing water in one room and a bit in another room. A next door neighbor told me about 2nd sump pump in exterior of house that had been unplugged(!).

Dryer duct cleaning and repair. Great knowledgeable staff, arrived on time and completed the work well.

The only complaint I have is that the less experienced guy kept leaving his tools, bag of padding to cover the vents, and attachments on the furniture. I would move them off and he would put them right back. Other than that they did a good job.

We have used Steamatic consistently for cleaning our carpet, furniture, drapes and air ducts. Their service results are consistently excellent, and their personnel are very friendly and helpful.

We had our living room flora and couches cleaned and they look amazing!! They were in time, and completed the job within an hour and a half. Our tech moved and the furniture himself and put everything back. Our furniture was dry and ready for use just after about 4 hours. Highly recommend!

Even though taking the rug to them can be a hassel, the savings make it worth it and I feel like the quality of the clean is much better when you take the rug to them vs in house service.

I badly needed to have my attic cleaned. We live in a house that was built in 1903. It was remodeled in 1932. I don’t think the attic had been cleaned since. The young men came and removed all the old insulation and debris from the attic in a very professional manner. There were some difficult areas to clean and they sent a large crew out to do that for us. We then had a cleaning bomb set off by them. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a very difficult cleaning job.

We have also had our carpets cleaned in the past and been very satisfied.

Think the carpets were more wet than usual. Did a really nice job for no longer than he has been with the company. Eli has a great personality. Thank you for another great job!

Initial scheduling was tough during peak season, but once it was ironed out by talking directly to the office personnel things went well. The lead technician was good with answering questions, as well as assuring me of his goal to take care of me.

Steamatic KC has earned my business for life with how well they took care of me! I had a house fire, which can be very stressful, but they made the whole process very smooth. They were great to work with, did great work on my belongings, had amazing customer service throughout the process, and moved me back in to my new home like nothing had ever happened! Steamatic received a call from Allstate and came early to assess the issue and help. I personally remove the water from the floorings but needed a lot of help with the ceiling. Employees came and helped with information with the assessment and did some work to help block any more water that might come down from the ceiling! Allstate and Steamatic have both been so helpful and fast; it’s been wonderful!!!

Prompt, polite, efficient

We had a sink overflow and cause damage to a laundry room, closet and downstairs bedroom. They would give me a window of when they were arriving and supposed to call before arriving but never did.They only did part of the work that they were supposed to do. They had the list of items they were supposed to do, yet I was constantly telling them things that still needed done and most of that stuff still did not get done. The ceiling they repaired very obviously looks like it’s been repaired.

These guys were VERY professional and nice and we’ll be calling them in the spring to have our hardwood floors done!

Detail kitchen deep clean

They showed up on time & were very professional. They checked in with us during the cleaning to see if we were satisfied with the removal of a couple of stains. The two gentleman were very courteous. I will certainly use them again.

Allowing strangers into your home can be stressful. However, with the employees from Steamatic, it was a pleasure! They introduced themselves at the door of my home (before I had to ask for their names). that’s Huge! Professional and courteous

Not exactly what i expected. The company was professional and fast completing the job. However, i thought they would vacuum the carpet before streaming, but didn’t. The carpet was still wet after 12 hrs. Overall, the experience was average.

Steamatic did the flooding clean up for our finished basement when the flood happened on July 27th…During that time, 3 storm windows were thrown away in error on their part…and a hole in my wall by the dryer was made from moving and hauling away damaged items.. Company stated in writing they would pay for the windows and for the hole in the wall…I have sent over 3 emails to Jeff and to Juan about the hole in the wall…three times the cost of $300 was sent to them to respond…My contractor is waiting to start the repair but not until Steamatic pays 1/2 up front and 1/2 when done…They have not acknowledged any of my emails…I also need to have them see the estimates I have for the windows which I have not sent to them yet as I am trying to deal with one issue at a time..I would like to get this settled ASAP…..I have other issues that I do not want to post here online that also occurred….this was probably the worst experience we have dealt with…the flooding was bad enough but then these issues happened….my local insurance agent Dave Housh highly recommended this company to help me out…however, it has turned into a nightmare. Manager is now stating cannot speak to us and we are frauds….Unbelievable.

Professional and thorough service – great job!

Unfortunately I’m on bed rest so I was not able to monitor the work. The men have great customer service, so I figured everything was ok. Unfortunately I was wrong . The container they had to suck out everything from the vents is scattered all over the floor in the basement, which I could of handle. But as I followed green foot prints to the basement I noticed the knocked over a full sealed container can of green paint . They let the entire container spill out all over the basement floor and didn’t bother to even tell me . I couldn’t even give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn’t notice because the container was upright so someone had to pick up the container after it spilled . AT THE MINIMUM SOMEONE COULD OF ATLEAST TOLD ME ! My home may not mean much to other people but this is all I have. An it’s been so hard to keep up with things having this highrisk pregnancy. So disappointed because customers service is amazing but it’s followed up with poor work .

We had our carpets, ducts and vents cleaned. Both teams were on time and did an excellent job. The carpet crew even removed some paint stains from the carpet that I did not expect. The price was very reasonable compared to other vendors I called. I would highly recommend their services.

This was actually the second fire and we immediately reached out to Steamatics to help with recovering my home. The Jeff and the ladies (Noe, Juana, and Aspen) are excellent to work with and made sure my home was restored and livable again. A professional company and a great value

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They did a thorough job and communicated well during their work. I would recommend Jonathan and his partner with Steamatic.

They arrived comfortably within the alloted window. They talked me through what they could and could not do, and answered all my questions. Once they got started, they worked quickly and efficiently. I expected to have some cleanup to do after they left, but there was none.

They did have one piece of equipment that leaked a little bit. Fortunately, it was a minor leak. They put the equipment in a bucket I happened to have and so there wasn’t a mess in my house. Maybe Steamatic should have it fixed or replaced.

I’ve never used them, and will never use them because one of their vans cut us off and almost caused a wreck with another vehicle. Driving behind them now on the highway and hes weaving in and out of traffic. He also has ear buds in. Thats not very safe. License plate 3WH 114 van #11.

Recently had an extensive remodel performed and wanted to have all of the fine dust cleaned from the mechanical system. From scheduling through completion Steamatic of Kansas City was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive. On the day of the cleaning the crew called approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and confirmed the address and that someone was home since they were running a little early. Upon their arrival they were extremely polite, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done.

My only criticism is they should wipe around the area rug after they spray the deodorizer and finish cleaning. There was lots of wet splatter on my hardwood floor. I am 76 and had to repeatedly bend over & wipe around my area rug. Plus I almost broke my neck slipping on my slick bathroom tile after they left. It also got sprayed on because it was adjacent to my bedroom carpet when they cleaned it.

When I called, Bambi answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions. She scheduled me for the next week and let me know how to prepare to have our carpets cleaned. She said they’d arrive between a certain time frame. The morning of, she called to let me know they were running behind and that the technician would give me a call when he was on his way. He did not call but the technician was extra friendly, professional and kind. He wore a mask, but didn’t have it covering his nose. There was a mix up and it took longer than expected to start the service because they had to have someone drop a cleaning wand by. Because of the delay I was given a reasonable discount. Once, he started cleaning it only took about 35 minutes to do 5 rooms and a hallway. They said it would take 8-12 hours for the carpet to dry, but it took a bit longer in some spots. I’m impressed with their commitment to quality and friendliness. I will likely use them again to clean my carpets.

Carpet still dirty! Sent carpet back and nothing changed. Ended up cleaning the spots with household cleaners with no problems. Not sure what’s going on with them. They have been great in the past.

We have never used Steamatic. We assumed upon a higher price for their work and either did it ourselves or had another company. We finally realized we needed an overhaul in our basement and had them come and really clean the basement and our furniture. I had to call and add things at the last minute and the price was so reasonable and the work was excellent. The technician who arrived had me look over our requirements before starting and sign it. He than, told me what he was doing along the way, he was quick and efficient and a great personality. I highly recommend this company and I have already given out some of their cards.

I called Steamatic for Air Duct Cleaning in my home after a friend highly recommended them to me. Their customer service and service crew is top notch! I spoke with Jeff Degenhardt initially on the phone. He was extremelty knowledgeable and explained the process to me in detail. I had a horrible problem with dust and knew the air quality in my home was poor, I could not believe how much dirt and dust came out of my air ducts!! I used to have to dust every day. Now I dust once a week and the dust is very light. They also installed a deodorizer so my house smells fresh everyday! The crew that came out to my house were so professional and they know their stuff! Thanks for the recommendation, my friend! I will recommend them to all of my friends!

If you want service don’t go here! Didn’t even show up to my home to do the service today on Friday. When I set up my appointment its was to been set for before lunch that conversation tool place on a Monday. They called me Wednesday to let me know they would be here before lunch on Friday. ( didn’t sound sure of himself) he was hesitant. Again, they didn’t show up. Didn’t even receive a call to reschedule. What kind of service is this?!?

Jeffrey Degenhardt the GM was fantastic helping me get whole house pricing over email. He was responsive and accurate. The cleaning technician, Steven Green was EXCELLENT. He was detail oriented, hard working and really cared about doing a good job. I’ll be back.

Steamatic came and cleaned the carpet in my apartment this afternoon. They were very professional, and thorough. The crew was running a little behind, but they called me with their ETA. I recommend getting the pet deodorizer. My apartments never felt so fresh. Very pleased!!

Steam cleaned and sealed slate floor.

Steamatic came out to assess water damage from the recent deep freeze when we had a pipe burst. The 2 female person crew came out to assess the damage, they weren’t there very long, took a few pictures, but refuses to go into the crawl space where there was a secondary leak; We needed them to go look there to assess water damage to the subflooring. They refused. I wasn’t impressed with the service.

KJ and his assistant were quick but thorough. They certainly knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Steamatic for HVAC duct and vent cleaning.

This company cleaned out my dryer vent. They arrived on time in fact sooner than expected which was fine. I’ll assume they did a good job since I cannot see inside the ducts of my dryer vent I do know they were cleaning up some things that blew out the vent though. I feel better knowing it’s been cleaned out. No excuse for fires.

Very unprofessional the carpet techs showed up about 2 hours late and when I asked about it they pretty much told me I could reschedule or go some where else do not recommend this company horrible experience service did not make up for it either carpets looked the same when they were done.

I forgot to ask about moving furniture so we had already done that (not easy for seniors with heavy furniture). Next time will check what they charge to move it, or maybe they should mention the option. Will use them again.

They also repaired a random hole found in the duct work. I was able to add on a dryer vent cleaning while they were there, and they fixed a loose attachment on the dryer vent too. Sofa / loveseat surface clean, but debris in cracks. They are stll wet. Clean but soak. My floors are Brand new…I mopped up excess water with new mop

We used Steamatic to clean our light green sofa. The sofa almost looks like new again. They were able to clean out dirt and stains from the last 5 years. It dried enough to sit on it after 6 hours and entirely within 24 hours.

They missed the window of expected arrival time due to some issues with their van, and it was a slow start because the machine was giving them trouble. The floor was soaked during the cleaning process and dried/mopped up when they were done with the sofa. They removed our area rug and other furniture near the couch. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome.

When you book online for small jobs, be sure to note the minimum charge is more than some of the small job costs. I think the minimum was $140. So, if needed, consider booking multiple small jobs to meet the minimum and get the most out of your service.

Steamatic of Kansas City is the duct work cleaning company I can depend on. My family is breathing much easier since having the duct work cleaned and sanitized. The customer service and performing team were very professional. Thank you for being so “Agile” with the scheduling process, as well as the in-home cleaning process, too.

A lovely team came out, removed everything flood damaged including flooring, base boards, ceiling, and insulation. They did a great job, and were polite and efficient. Noe, Juana, and Deviany were even sweet and friendly to the curious small children who wanted to see their work.

Recently had our carpet cleaned by Steamatic. They did a great job. The technician Takota was very nice and helpful. Would use them again. Definitely recommend their services.

I can’t say enough about this company. Great service, great value, great people. They came, they cleaned-repaired, and they left. They were pleasant and kind, and the cost was reasonable.

Hopefully I’ll never need them again but if this happens again I won’t be calling any other company.

I hired steamatic to clean my air ducts and the ducts were not covered during the process. I’m not sure of how the process is supposed to work but my house was covered in dust and crumbs EVERYWHERE. Floors, dressers, BEDS, everything has dust.
I called and they said they would have the owner reach out to me to clean up and that was over a week ago. Never heard back.
This was the first time I have had my ducts cleaned and it was horrible.

Ryan and Marcus came to my home to clean out my air ducts and they did such a great job! They were very kind, respectful, and thorough. Ryan took the time to explain to me everything that was going on and Marcus made sure the entire mess was clean before leaving. The whole thing made a huge difference in my home and I’m very happy with the outcome. Would absolutely recommend!

My carpets were clean very well there were some areas that they did not clean because they said I didn’t pay for them to move the furniture but nobody told me when I made the appointment that I had to pay for moving furniture so I had to call Company back they responded very quickly came back and cleaned the areas that I needed clean so thank you for your service and the young man was very professional!
