Even though taking the rug to them can be a hassel, the savings make it worth it and I feel like the quality of the clean is much better when you take the rug to them vs in house service.

My carpets were clean very well there were some areas that they did not clean because they said I didn’t pay for them to move the furniture but nobody told me when I made the appointment that I had to pay for moving furniture so I had to call Company back they responded very quickly came back and cleaned the areas that I needed clean so thank you for your service and the young man was very professional!

I hired steamatic to clean my air ducts and the ducts were not covered during the process. I’m not sure of how the process is supposed to work but my house was covered in dust and crumbs EVERYWHERE. Floors, dressers, BEDS, everything has dust.
I called and they said they would have the owner reach out to me to clean up and that was over a week ago. Never heard back.
This was the first time I have had my ducts cleaned and it was horrible.

The service was used for personal.. Was very satisfied with the technician’s attitude as well as his quality performance.

We had a sink overflow and cause damage to a laundry room, closet and downstairs bedroom. They would give me a window of when they were arriving and supposed to call before arriving but never did.They only did part of the work that they were supposed to do. They had the list of items they were supposed to do, yet I was constantly telling them things that still needed done and most of that stuff still did not get done. The ceiling they repaired very obviously looks like it’s been repaired.

We had our carpets, ducts and vents cleaned. Both teams were on time and did an excellent job. The carpet crew even removed some paint stains from the carpet that I did not expect. The price was very reasonable compared to other vendors I called. I would highly recommend their services.

We had our living room flora and couches cleaned and they look amazing!! They were in time, and completed the job within an hour and a half. Our tech moved and the furniture himself and put everything back. Our furniture was dry and ready for use just after about 4 hours. Highly recommend!

This company cleaned out my dryer vent. They arrived on time in fact sooner than expected which was fine. I’ll assume they did a good job since I cannot see inside the ducts of my dryer vent I do know they were cleaning up some things that blew out the vent though. I feel better knowing it’s been cleaned out. No excuse for fires.

Scheduling was easy and their timeframe was quick.
The team was on time, professional, and worked clean. The guys showed me before and after pictures of my ducts and handed me the handful of loose change they’d found in them. They also repaired a random hole found in the duct work. I was able to add on a dryer vent cleaning while they were there, and they fixed a loose attachment on the dryer vent too. Great service

Steamatic did what they promised to do. They cleaned the floors and put a new top coat of polyurethane on the floors. They look good as new. There was one slight problem and they were johnny on the spot to correct the problem. They are easy to work with and do what they so. We had our wood floors done and they were 25% of the cost of having them sanded and refinished and they did it in two days!. I recommend them highly.

We just moved into an old house and had the upstairs remodeled. The house had a bad odor before the remodel but was worse after. My family was coughing and waking up with headaches and sore throats. We hired Steamatic to come out and clean our air ducts and install 2 UV lights. Scheduling was easy and they gave us a price quote over the phone. They called and text that morning when they were on their way and then did a walk through the house to give us the final price. The quote over the phone was too much so they lowered the price once they got there. They sent 2 people and they were really nice and took really good care of our stuff. They spent most of the day here and worked their butts off! They even vacuumed all of our carpets when they were done. They also did a walk through with us to make sure that the house was as clean as what we were expecting. I really appreciated their attention to caring for our home. Not many companies do that. I will definitely have them back out again for any of the services they offer. They definitely treated our house as if it were their own. They also wore masks without asking and I really appreciated that- even though the restrictions have been removed on mask wearing in KC. I thought that was super professional and again- another way they showed us care and respect. Thank you guys! We feel more comfortable in our home knowing the air is clean.

Conner and Leroy did a great job cleaning my carpets. They were exceptionally careful cleaning around and under ( as needed) my large furniture. My carpets had not been cleaned for quite awhile and look so nice now- even the steps!! I will definitely use Steamatic again!!

We used Steamatic to clean our light green sofa. The sofa almost looks like new again. They were able to clean out dirt and stains from the last 5 years. It dried enough to sit on it after 6 hours and entirely within 24 hours.

They missed the window of expected arrival time due to some issues with their van, and it was a slow start because the machine was giving them trouble. The floor was soaked during the cleaning process and dried/mopped up when they were done with the sofa. They removed our area rug and other furniture near the couch. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome.

When you book online for small jobs, be sure to note the minimum charge is more than some of the small job costs. I think the minimum was $140. So, if needed, consider booking multiple small jobs to meet the minimum and get the most out of your service.

Steamatics took care of cleaning our home after we had a fire in the garage this October. This was actually the second fire and we immediately reached out to Steamatics to help with recovering my home. The Jeff and the ladies (Noe, Juana, and Aspen) are excellent to work with and made sure my home was restored and livable again. Detail kitchen deep clean

We have used Steamatic to clean our office carpets for about 4 years now. They always do a great job. The workers who come out are always friendly and always do a great job, and the office staff are always wonderful.

When I called, Bambi answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions. She scheduled me for the next week and let me know how to prepare to have our carpets cleaned. She said they’d arrive between a certain time frame. The morning of, she called to let me know they were running behind and that the technician would give me a call when he was on his way. He did not call but the technician was extra friendly, professional and kind. He wore a mask, but didn’t have it covering his nose. There was a mix up and it took longer than expected to start the service because they had to have someone drop a cleaning wand by. Because of the delay I was given a reasonable discount. Once, he started cleaning it only took about 35 minutes to do 5 rooms and a hallway. They said it would take 8-12 hours for the carpet to dry, but it took a bit longer in some spots. I’m impressed with their commitment to quality and friendliness. I will likely use them again to clean my carpets.

The gentlemen who showed up to clean our ducts were very friendly and thorough in their work. They got right to work and completed the project sooner than anticipated. There was very little disruption to us.

Crappy service never used them

They boys were nice, after they left we found debris everywhere. They did not clean up. The ducts were cleaned, debris on the carpet. Pieces of wood, showing in the in the downstairs vent. It may have been something in the vent. He had to have seen i it to restore the vent. But wasn’t showing previously. Now I have to climb on a ladder and try to get it out I’m 59 years old and the last thing I need to do is get on a ladder. The young man smoked and left his cigarette butts in my driveway. We found rusty nails, which was extremely dangerous to us and our dogs. Pieces of insulation, tact’s and some piece of equipment.
Again the guys were nice, just not very professional. Maybe some coaching to improve the results of the duct cleaning and cleanup. I do not want them to return as we have already cleaned most of it. Respectfully,

Steamatic came out to assess water damage from the recent deep freeze when we had a pipe burst. The 2 female person crew came out to assess the damage, they weren’t there very long, took a few pictures, but refuses to go into the crawl space where there was a secondary leak; We needed them to go look there to assess water damage to the subflooring. They refused. I wasn’t impressed with the service.

The only complaint I have is that the less experienced guy kept leaving his tools, bag of padding to cover the vents, and attachments on the furniture. I would move them off and he would put them right back. Other than that they did a good job.

Need carpets cleaned…This company does a variety of cleanings and restotartion..I recommend them to anyone..

Unfortunately I’m on bed rest so I was not able to monitor the work. The men have great customer service, so I figured everything was ok. Unfortunately I was wrong . The container they had to suck out everything from the vents is scattered all over the floor in the basement, which I could of handle. But as I followed green foot prints to the basement I noticed the knocked over a full sealed container can of green paint . They let the entire container spill out all over the basement floor and didn’t bother to even tell me . I couldn’t even give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn’t notice because the container was upright so someone had to pick up the container after it spilled . AT THE MINIMUM SOMEONE COULD OF ATLEAST TOLD ME ! My home may not mean much to other people but this is all I have. An it’s been so hard to keep up with things having this highrisk pregnancy. So disappointed because customers service is amazing but it’s followed up with poor work .

Steam cleaned and sealed slate floor.

We called them for our aunt Nada and right off the bat Cassie made our experience delightful. She gave us a reasonable quote and plenty of options for scheduling. When the crew came they were on time, polite and professional. I would highly recommend using them for any of you air duct needs.

Carpet still dirty! Sent carpet back and nothing changed. Ended up cleaning the spots with household cleaners with no problems. Not sure what’s going on with them. They have been great in the past.

I badly needed to have my attic cleaned. We live in a house that was built in 1903. It was remodeled in 1932. I don’t think the attic had been cleaned since. The young men came and removed all the old insulation and debris from the attic in a very professional manner. There were some difficult areas to clean and they sent a large crew out to do that for us. We then had a cleaning bomb set off by them. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a very difficult cleaning job.

We have also had our carpets cleaned in the past and been very satisfied.

The young man who cleaned the carpet was very professional. I realized after the carpet dried the coffee stain did not come completely out. Everything else looked nice when completed. The team from Steamatic did a thorough, professional job of cleaning a real mess, we had no idea how close we may have been coming to a house fire due to badly clogged dryer venting. They were polite, hard working, and did a great job! They told us what the problem was behind our dryer not running properly (taking far too long to dry even a small load), fixed the problems that had built up, cleaned everything and put everything back when they finished, and advised us on proper ventilation maintenance. We have never used Steamatic. We assumed upon a higher price for their work and either did it ourselves or had another company. We finally realized we needed an overhaul in our basement and had them come and really clean the basement and our furniture. I had to call and add things at the last minute and the price was so reasonable and the work was excellent. The technician who arrived had me look over our requirements before starting and sign it. He than, told me what he was doing along the way, he was quick and efficient and a great personality. I highly recommend this company and I have already given out some of their cards.

Home purchased in Sept. 2020 had undisclosed basement seepage issue that was discovered after a lot of recent rain caused standing water in one room and a bit in another room. A next door neighbor told me about 2nd sump pump in exterior of house that had been unplugged(!).

I have had a lot of other carpet companies clean before, but I was very impress with the gentle who came into our home this morning, July 28, 2015. He was very professional, listen and asked questions as to what my exceptions were. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he would be doing and how a lot of carpet once any stain has set for a while get into the mat and is very difficult to get out completely. Once he was finish he asked if there were any spot,stains I would like for him to try again. I was very impress with him and happy with his work. I’ve never used them, and will never use them because one of their vans cut us off and almost caused a wreck with another vehicle. Driving behind them now on the highway and hes weaving in and out of traffic. He also has ear buds in. Thats not very safe. License plate 3WH 114 van #11.

Actually showed up early, a plus. Did a good job cleaning, quick and thorough. Fair price & nice guys too. I forgot to ask about moving furniture so we had already done that (not easy for seniors with heavy furniture). Next time will check what they charge to move it, or maybe they should mention the option. Will use them again.

Recently had an extensive remodel performed and wanted to have all of the fine dust cleaned from the mechanical system. From scheduling through completion Steamatic of Kansas City was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive. On the day of the cleaning the crew called approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and confirmed the address and that someone was home since they were running a little early. Upon their arrival they were extremely polite, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done.

We called and scheduled appointment for Carpet Cleaning 3 days ago. We came to our property at the scheduled time and waited for 1hr, no one ever showed up. Called into the office and was told someone would have to get back with us. We understand things happen, but how unprofessional for no one to call or get back to us? Not the kind of business to consider for professional service.

Service man came and explained all of the services but did not pressure us but was very informative. He got right to work and did an exceptional job. Very efficient and professional. Carpet came out cleaner than expected. We will difinitely use again in the future as they did a much better job than previous companies we had used,

Sweet, kind personalities of people work here. Two times I’ve had them clean a 2nd hand chair, and both times it turned out great. I wanted a natural version of Scotchgard, and they let me bring in my own spray and sprayed it for me. Thanks, Steamatic!

They arrived comfortably within the alloted window. They talked me through what they could and could not do, and answered all my questions. Once they got started, they worked quickly and efficiently. I expected to have some cleanup to do after they left, but there was none.

They did have one piece of equipment that leaked a little bit. Fortunately, it was a minor leak. They put the equipment in a bucket I happened to have and so there wasn’t a mess in my house. Maybe Steamatic should have it fixed or replaced.

Not exactly what i expected. The company was professional and fast completing the job. However, i thought they would vacuum the carpet before streaming, but didn’t. The carpet was still wet after 12 hrs. Overall, the experience was average.

I called Steamatic for Air Duct Cleaning in my home after a friend highly recommended them to me. Their customer service and service crew is top notch! I spoke with Jeff Degenhardt initially on the phone. He was extremelty knowledgeable and explained the process to me in detail. I had a horrible problem with dust and knew the air quality in my home was poor, I could not believe how much dirt and dust came out of my air ducts!! I used to have to dust every day. Now I dust once a week and the dust is very light. They also installed a deodorizer so my house smells fresh everyday! A lovely team came out, removed everything flood damaged including flooring, base boards, ceiling, and insulation. They did a great job, and were polite and efficient. Noe, Juana, and Deviany were even sweet and friendly to the curious small children who wanted to see their work.

OK, first the good. The lead representative was knowledgeable. He explained what they were going to do and how. He pointed out areas of difficulty and how he would address them. He spoke with confidence and experience . He would show me when possible what they were facing.
Now the not so good. Obviously vent cleaning is an inherently dirty business. I doubt my vents have ever been cleaned. They did attempt to clean up each area when done. Yet I found several areas where I had to do some cleanup myself. Also, they left at least on vent cover off which I reattached. Some of the stuff they moved they did not get back in place. Not a big deal except for a treadmill which I could not move myself.
Overall, more good than bad. Yet it could have been five stars with some more attention to the after vent cleaning portion.

We purchased a home a couple of months ago and were concerned about the cleanliness of our vents and furnace. The crew they sent out was amazing, very polite, and professional. They did amazing work. Thank you so much for your very hard work. We were correct in needing the vents cleaned…yuck!!

Sofa / loveseat surface clean, but debris in cracks. They are stll wet. Clean but soak. My floors are Brand new…I mopped up excess water with new mop

Very unprofessional the carpet techs showed up about 2 hours late and when I asked about it they pretty much told me I could reschedule or go some where else do not recommend this company horrible experience service did not make up for it either carpets looked the same when they were done.

The guys were on time we’re very professional and friendly and got the job done quickly and it looks really good.
